Mobil Pintar to SD Layung Sari 1 Bogor

On the 20th of October 2018, several SBR students volunteered and took part in the Mobil Pintar Community Service Program. We started off from school and took a school bus to SD Layung Sari 1 Bogor. We spent 5 hours doing this community service, having all of the SD students entertained and educated at the same time.

We conducted activities like story telling, games, and eventually letting the children choose the books they want to read provided in Mobil Pintar. All of these students had a lot of fun, without forgetting the fact that all volunteers did too. Not only the experience and exciting moments, this program taught me some values related to those in Sekolah Bogor Raya as well.

Values I learned and have seen to be reflected while doing this community service is the sense of discipline, empathy, self-awareness, respect and equality. I always enjoy sharing with others, and through this program I have successfully shared both my knowledge and abilities, as well as laughters and love.
