SBR Best Buddies
On the 6th of October, the SBR Best Buddies Team managed to invite two schools; Madania High School and Sekolah Luar Biasa Dharma Wanita to Sekolah Bogor Raya as one of the Best Buddies Event. The team organised a Movie Day, whereas the Buddies and the team had fun watching movies and sharing foods while playing games.
Not only tightening our bonds and friendship, we are aware of how values such as empathy, dicsipline and respect were acquired and developed in this event. We showed tolerance through respecting opinions and differences, empathy from showing it to our special need friends, and discipline by organising and staying committed throughout the event.

SBR WALK (Best buddies)

On the 5th of May 2018, Sekolah Bogor Raya held an event called SBR Walk. Along with SBR community, Best Buddies took the opportunity to invite Buddies from Madania and SLB Dharmawanita. This event was a success, bringing joy and laughters for the buddies and SBR students, as well as allowing them to reflect the school values.
These values include empathy, respect, discipline, and predominantly equality. The SBR community learned to accept and treat these Buddies equally, just like their normal school friends. Showing empathy and letting these Buddies have friends and experience normal lives like ours was the highlight of this Community Service Program.

Sports Day
23 February 2019
On the 23rd of February 2019, Best Buddies Sekolah Bogor Raya held a Sports day event. The participants include Sekolah Bogor Raya students, Best Buddies officers, SMA Negeri 3 students, as well as Buddies from SOINA and SLB Dharmawanita. This event allowed the students and Buddies to mingle and have tighter bonds through playing sports such as Basketball and Soccer. Not only being active, but sense of empathy, equality and respect were gained and reflected.
The activities were warm-ups, ice breaking games, Basketball, Soccer, snack time, sharing session, and lunch time. All the buddies seemed to have fun and successfully felt accepted and loved by the community and the environment SBR acquires.
